Summary: This paper explores the impact of sleep quality on guest interest in returning to hotels, an aspect that has been insufficiently researched in the hospitality industry. Using data from 391 respondents in Indonesia and structural equation modelling analysis, the study reveals that sleep quality significantly influences guest interest in revisiting hotels through factors like functional congruence, satisfaction, and trust. The findings suggest that hotel management should prioritize sleep quality to maintain high room occupancy rates.
